[Closed] Problem with Adblocker

Hi, 

I've had a problem since the day before yesterday that I can't sream videos on Viki (Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge). There is always a message that I have to deactivate the adblocker. I deactivated it according to the instructions, but the message keeps coming back. What can I do?

    To make sure this is not a browser issue can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close your current window, then launch a new window
    4. Log in to your Viki account
    5. Follow the steps here to disable or ensure that adblock is disabled
    6. Try again from another browser

    Are you still experiencing these issues? If so, could you please share the following information?

    • Does the adblock error message appear on all the videos you watch? If not, please let us know the specific title + episode number.
    • A screenshot / photo of your adblock settings, which shows that it is disabled.

  • Buongiorno sto avendo anch'io dei problemi dal pc di casa. Non riesco più a vedere nulla che appare subito il messaggio che ho attivo adblocker. ho provato di tutto ho persino eliminato crome, ma nulla. premetto che ho windows 10. mentre se mi collego con altri pc non mi crea problemi. Potete dirmi cosa devo fare. Grazie.

    Thank you for your quick response! I followed your instructions and I still have the same problem. However, I can now watch videos with Microsoft Edge but I still have a problem with Google Chrome. The message appears on all videos I try to watch.

    I even specifically stated that advertising on Viki.com should be allowed:
