[On-hold] "Video failed to load

Hi. I've downloaded the App on my Amazon Prime. I've read several of your other instructions to people how to take care of this problem but it hasn't worked. I've logged out and back in and turned off the TV and turned it back on and it just keeps happening. 

 

I can watch on my computer but I rather watch on my TV. Any suggestions.

  • Every single video I try will not load in. I have confirmed my email address I went through all the steps to install the fire TV thing and it says everything is okay but when I try to load in a video nothing plays absolutely everything comes up that it failed.
