[Closed] access to videos

You seem to be having trouble again with your website.  This time I cannot access a video even though I just updated my subscription to standard pass.  First I couldn't log in and now I can't access this video even though I just paid my bill.  I couldn't even get on the website last night at all.  Hope you can solve this problem soon. thank you

    To make sure this is not a browser issue can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close your current window, then launch a new window
    4. Log in to your Viki account
    5. Try again from another browser
