[Closed] My watch history on each individual episode has vanished.

It seems that after the Viki launch of the responsive site redesign, my watch history on each individual episode of various shows (time remaining countdown and "watched" text has vanished.  Can you restore it so I can track what episodes I'm up to on various shows? How far back can you keep my watch history displayed? DramaFever used to even show the last date each episode was watched...

    To make sure this is not a browser issue can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clean the cache and cookies on your browser. How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close the browser and restart it again.
    4. Log back into your Viki account
    5. Try again from another browser

    Are you still experiencing these issues? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    • The browser version and operating system you're using. You can find this here. You’ll get a link with all the information we need. Please share this link with us.
    • Does this occur on all shows? If not, please let me know the specific shows and episodes you're having problems with (ex. "Chicago Typewriter" Episode 2)
    • Does this issue occur on your other devices too? (Eg. mobile, tv, etc)
    • A screenshot or screencast of the error message or issue.

  • Chrome 88, Windows 10, desktop. Waited to test a few shows.   Strangely, it seems as if the issue is intermittent.  Eg, on Extra-Ordinary You, a couple of days ago it showed my watch history, yet today, when logged in, it shows all episodes as unwatched.

    I don't believe this is occurring via Roku on my tv.

    Thanks for replying back!

    Could you also help to try these and share your findings with us:

    • For any one of the 'Extra-Ordinary You' episodes that is missing the 'Watched' label, does the video start from the beginning if you try watching it again?
    • Does any of those episodes show up as 'Watched' on your Roku app?

  •  Yes, the videos start from the beginning if I try watching them again. 

    Yes, all of the episodes show up as "watched" on my Roku app ( horizontal blue bar indicates the show is fully watched). 

    Also, suddenly I am receiving your follow up post in a Portuguese template ( "ontem", "Enviar", etc).
