[Closed] Ads on Viki Pass Standard

Since yesterday, 10/11/19, ads have been appearing throughout my shows, on all devices, I.e., iPad, tv with Roku.

I have a subscription on Viki Pass Standard, so there shouldn’t be any ads.

Please help.
