[On-hold] inbox error

"There is some error processing your inbox. Please try again later" that's what keeps showing up for a week and I can't see any of my messages. Is there anything I can do about it?

  • I have the same problem. I can see that I've got one unread message but i can't go to my inbox and check it.

    Thanks for writing to us! I'm sorry you're experiencing these problems.

    To make sure this is not a browser issue can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clean the cache and cookies on your browser. How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close the browser and restart it again.
    4. Log back into your Viki account
    5. Try again from another browser

    Are you still experiencing these issues? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    • Does this issue occur on your other web browsers (eg. Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc)
    • The browser version and operating system you're using. You can find this here. You’ll get a link with all the information we need. Please share this link with us.
    • A screenshot or screencast of the error message or issue.
    • What is the URL of the page with the error message?

    my inbox start working again just now altough i didn't do any of the steps you mentioned in your post. I hope it was only temporary problem and it will work well from now on :)

    Thank you for the tips, but I did the things you suggested and nothing changed. The issue occurs on Chrome and Explorer (I don't use other browsers) both on the computer and phone.
