Loss of subtitles on all programs

  Since May 18th, neither my Roku Express or my MiBox3 (Android Tv) are showing subtitles in any language.
  
  Well, It seems like I'm not alone at all on this issue. 
  
  On iPhone app and Web subtitles are fine...
  
  My first report of this issue is 2 days old but nobody replied at all...
  
  One may advise me to take Korean classes but since it's gonna take some time to master it I hope this issue is solved soon...
