[Closed] Subtitles either not showing or disappear during show
I watch Viki on Roku and I've been having problems with the subtitles either disappearing or not showing up at all. The problems are the English subtitles. My daughter watches Viki on the website and doesn't have these same issues.

There has been an issue like this some days ago, but it was fixed. Could you verify, if it is the same for you?
