[Closed] Video failed to load ,touch to retry

I have been watching My Only Love ok on my tablet Lenovo yoga pro until episode 88 I encountered the above problem.I tried everything you recommended but it did not work.(However I can  continue to watch  the drama on my laptop Toshiba.).I am disappointed because most of the time I  use my tablet  for the image is much better .Please answer me and  fix this problem  as soon as possible.Thank you.

    Please send an issue report for the problem by taking these steps:
     
    1. At the bottom of the video player, next to the volume icon, go to Settings > Report Video Issues
    2. Check the relevant categories and write any additional details and click Submit. This will automatically send us useful information that will help us debug what might be causing the issue you're experiencing.
     
    After submitting the report, please let me know here.

    Hi Joshua,I just submitted the report 5minutes ago.Sorry I cannot attach a picture of the page when I first encounterred the problem when watching MY Only One. because I dont know how to do. Waiting for your help.Thank you.
