No buttons
So while watching. There is no play/pause button. No see comments/ add comments/ don’t see comments button. No change language subtitles button. No rewind/flash forward a few seconds. I’m watching on my iPhone. But it was working fine until yesterday.
I’m still seeing subs and comments but there is no way to pause.

Hello!! I have the same problem but i‘m waiting for support request.. do you also just see this ^ to leave?? And if you skip to next episode then everything is fine.. let‘s find a solution together cuz i really have the same problem!!!
Look up this post maybe it explains, there seems to be some IOS versions no longer supported.

@lutra in my cause it doesn’t fit cuz my Iphone is ios 12.1.1 so there shouldn’t be a problem with..
@oreokeks - If what should work, does not work - You should submit a request to Viki
I did already but haven‘t get any response yet
@oreokeks - depends on the numbers of request it can take hours or days, if I don't get any reaction in 1-2 weeks I give my request a new "push", but please don't create an additional one.
