[Closed] Subtitles not showing on Viki on roku

A couple days ago the subtitles disappeared. I logged out and back in ,that didn't help, restarted Roku,that didn't help. I thought I would removed and then add the channel but when I went to the channel it just said add channel with no option to remove the one I already have. Is this an upgrade or something. I don't want to end up with 2 different Viki channels.

    Hi there!

    We're so sorry you're facing these issues on your Roku. 

    I'd like to suggest that you remove your Viki channels on your Roku and resintalling before trying agin. To remove your Viki channel, please take the following steps:

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
    2. Move to the right and highlight the channel you wish to remove.
    3. Press the Star button on your remote to open the options menu.
    4. Select Remove channel and confirm when prompted.

    If you're still facing issues with your subtitles after reinstalling the Viki app, for us to help better, could you let me know: 

    1. Do the subtitles disappear on all shows? If not, please let me know the specific dramas and episodes that you are facing this issue with.
