[Solved] subtitle stopped. now what

  Sorry about the subtitles suddenly disappearing. We experienced an issue a while ago that caused them to disappear.

  The engineers have since fixed the issue and you should be able to see them again.

  If you continue to experience problems seeing subtitles, please let me know.

  I tried watching a diferent drama and I had the same issue. I also tried watching the previous episode again to see if it was an episode issue but it wasn't, it showed the same message saying there wasn't subtitles in that language but I had just watched it with subs.
  Please help😢
