[Solved] Charged During Trail Request id #479443 #480387
Hi, After signup to viki I was shown that I will get 7 days free trail. But after subscription instead amount is deducted from my account for whole month without giving me free trial. I have submitted a twice refund request i.e, 2 days ago and 5 days ago but havn't heard anything back. I am very disappointed with your customer service. Please resolve this for me ASAP. Thank you!
