Option to play the video slower for subtitleing
WHAT
An option to play the video slower than the original within the subtitle tool. If you want to offer only one option I'd suggest to go with 0.5 times the original speed.
WHY
Sometimes actors are speaking very fast, making it difficult to be certain of what they say. In my experience it can help in such situations to be able to play the segment in a slower maner.

Excellent idea! Even 75% would be helpful because it would be slower but without distorting the voice.

All of my other platforms and software has this option... Since I cannot run this through editing software then upload, a speed option would definitely be helpful.
I am totally in agreement with adding a speed option. For example, If Viki and WeTV have the same drama showing, I’ll watch it on WeTV because the app allows me to adjust the speed of the subtitle to suit me.
