[Solved] Android App Freezing
Hi Viki,
I've been having serious problems with the Viki app on my android (Samsung Galaxy S8) in the last week.
It causes my phone to freeze. I can't even close the app. The only thing I can do is force my phone to shut down or reset, but even then, it takes quite a few moments to load that option.
I have no other issues with my phone and I've tried different video apps. It only ever happens with Viki.
I've had to uninstall the app as I'm afraid it'll cause lasting problems on my software.
It'd be great if you could look into this.

This keeps happening to my android phone too..i cant watch properly it keeps freezing

Sorry for the non-response. I missed this somehow and thought no one got back to me.
I did try to remove other apps, but nothing seemed to work. I realized it froze every time I turned my phone and the screen auto flipped to the other direction. I ended up turning off the auto-flip function and that seemed to solve the problem.
Vine, does it happen when you flip your phone too?

No worries! I'm glad that you managed to solve the problem by turning off the auto-rotate.
@vinemigz0119_824, could you try if turning off auto-rotate fixes the issue too?

That's not a real solution. My note 8 als .ok freezes when ever I use the app. Is there some way viki can fix this in their system?
