[Solved] Viki and Amazon Fire Stick
I am getting very upset that despite several emails, no one has the courtesy to try to help me. I use Amazon Fire Stick and never had a problem before. After I paid for my Viki Pass, I logged out and then logged in again. It did not work. I deleted the app and re-installed it again and still nothing. Now it does not matter what I do my Viki Pass is not working and I still see the keys that lock a particular chapter. Also I see a little square that tells me that I have to wait one day to be able to see my dramas. What is the point of paying if I am not receiving good service.At least other companies that REALLY care about their customers, will call and try to help over the phone. Are there any human beings out there or only robots.
