[Solved] English subtitles not loading on Princess Agent
Hi
Are there problems with Princess Agent, I was watching it yesterday and had no problems with the subtitles but today when I tried to watch it none of the subtitles were showing up. Even if I changed the language, switched the subtitles on and off it made no difference. So I checked with another drama, The Kings Woman and encountered the same issue.

The engineers have just fixed the issue and subtitles should be appearing again.

We're experiencing some issues with the subtitles not appearing on fully subtitled videos.
The engineers are working on getting it back up as soon as possible. I'll update once it's fixed.
