[Closed] Stuck loading chromecast

I can watch shows on chromecast viki but now i tried watching ‘love in the big city’ and it shows the first three seconds intro and is now stuck on loading… so black screen with the blue circle. so I’m not able to watch at all.. how can this be fixed?

I have had the same problem since Monday!! I haven't been able to find any answers!! It hasn't let me watch ANYTHING!!

UPDATE: I was able to watch shows when I signed in using Foxfire!!

Witam.U mnie ten problem od soboty po południu.Oglądałam jeszcze przed południem a po południu już nie.Czarny ekran i kółko z buforowaniem.Zgłoszenie w dz.technicznym ale coś nie mogą pomóc. Czekam,Pozdrawiam
