[Closed] error message that I'm using VPN or Proxys.

Hi Guys, my Viki has not been working since yesterday . everything was fine two days ago . But since yesterday I keep getting the error message that I'm using VPN or Proxys. Im not using any of them any of them. So i'm really frustrated, I watch Viki with my ipad or iPhone or tv. Never had problems until yesterday . I have tried anything what Viki recommend but nothing works. I have waited over 24 hours, emailed the third party provider viki uses several times Maybe some of you could give me an advice so that I can enjoy my dramas again. I have the standard pass thank you in advance.
