[Closed] Samsung flip z android 14 install issue after 8.19.24 update
I have never had an issue with the Viki app until now. I was on a flight & downloaded some episodes and was having an issue watching the last episode of one of the shows with the app continuously crashing. So I un-installed. I went to reinstall and it says my Samsung zflip is not compatible. PLEASE HELP 🙏 Why after the August 19th update am I not able to install. I tried just using online but it will only view in app.

I actually communicated with Viki Support. They were super fast and the fix to this issue was, I cleared cache in the Google Play app and then searched for current Android updates. Once the update was completed Google Play showed the installation option. Thank you Viki 😊 I am super happy.
