  It seems Viki has stopped allowing ask the Viki community feature! Why? Darl who is the official viki staff has not responded correctly to my question. What is "through your ticket"? I dont have a ticket and that is the problem! The offer is ending on the 22nd February 2024 and I have been waiting for a response for 4 days! Not a great way to keep your subscribers.

  All you have to do is say the offer is no longer available then the case is closed. Why drag the process out?
