[Closed] Promo Code for year of the Dragon
Hi,
While I was login on 14 February 2024, there was a promo code for the year of the dragon. At the time, I thought the promo was valid until 22 February 2024 and thought I had to pay immediately. I have just recently resubscribed and wanted to confirm if it applied to existing subscribers. Is the promo code still available because I can't find anywhere to apply the code on my account? I have written to Viki directly a few weeks ago but have not received any reply. Can any Viki staff help out?

Hi, I have the same issue. Do you remember the code by any chance?
For me the banner with the code disappeared while I was waiting for the last day to subscribe, This is what I found through other search but not sure if it answers your question.
Promo Codes can only be redeemed when subscribing to Viki Pass on Viki.com and cannot be redeemed on our mobile apps.
If you have received a promo code and are currently subscribed via Apple/Google/Roku, please cancel your current subscription and wait until the end of your billing cycle. This will allow you to redeem your code when restarting the subscription on Viki.com.
I did that but there was still no where to apply the code
