[Closed] Unable to get support

We cannot access a rental movie and contacted technical support.  The rental movie Hansan is frozen so we cannot click on Play or anything from the screen.  We are able to view other movies with no issues so it's not our computer's problem but Joy, the technical person refused to provide adequate support to resolve the issue.  It has been very frustrating requesting a simple $3.99 to a movie that we cannot access.  We tried sending multiple requests for help but no respond,  It should not take this much efforts to resole a rental issue.  We will be closing our account after this issue is heard or addressed.  It's been difficult to get any support besides a robot.  This is very dissappointing.

  • You are right.  It's like talking to a robot.  They keep sending instructions to clean our computer.  We are terminating the membership.  It's not worth the time to deal with the frustrations to rent a movie and not able to watch it.  This is an awful way to provide customer service.  Don't rent any movies!
