[On-hold] Progress is not saving, watched videos not appearing in continue watching
Multiple people have posted with this same issue over the past few weeks, but Viki closes the threads without providing an explanation. I am a paid subscriber. I only watch videos using Chrome browser on one laptop (Macbook Pro 2019). Recently, my video progress stopped saving. In addition to that, I watched a video that I had never seen before and it did not show up in Continue Watching.
I've already tried the usual things like clearing cache, logging out and back in, not using an ad blocker.
Can you please reply to this thread with an explanation of the problem, and when it will be fixed? It is an issue with the service, not with anything I am doing. (I would prefer to just know that Viki acknowledges the bug, instead of doing private troubleshooting that won't work.)
