[Closed] Viki Pass not working

I subscribed to an annual pass.  Updated my computer, went in and tried to access standard pass material, the system then referred me to a monthly pass, so I changed from annual to monthly?  I am still not able to access the material even though my account is showing a subscription 7 day free trial period and billing information.  Can you assist.
