[Closed] Viki not working on Chromecast
I normally watch Viki on my tv using google chromecast. However, I am no longer able to. I tried to recast it but it would only show the viki logo and a 'refined' message. I restarted google chromecast, reinstalled Chromecast, rebooted internet router, and logged off and in on my viki account from both my tv and phone. I can stream other sites, but not Viki. The casting signal is showing when i go to disconnect, but it has the message 'no media selected'. HELP and Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us about issue on Chromecast-ing from the Android app. Our team is aware of it and currently being looked into.
As some of the other users mentioned that removing and re-installing the app helps, could you try that first?
If the issue still persists, please share with us some sample show titles on this post.

I have the exact same problem. Except I was casting perfectly fine yesterday.
