Viki not working on Roku app

It request I update app to latest version. Went to roku settings and did so—viki app still not loading

    I’m sorry that you're experiencing issues with Viki on your Connected TV Device.

    To make sure this is not an app problem can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your device.
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Log back in to your Viki account by following the steps here.

    Are you still having the same issues with the Viki app? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    1. What is the version of the Viki app are you using? You can find this information in the app settings.
    2. An exact description of the issue you're experiencing.
    3. Which device and model number are you using?
    4. Your current location /region.
    5. Which specific movies or episodes are causing this issue? Please give as many details as possible
    6. A screenshot, picture or short video of the error message or issue.

  • Hi, I had to reset my roku device with no sucess yet.

    Help needed if the app should be working fine.

     

    I just run across pages that I think should be removed because are out of date?

    Isn't it?

    You can refer to the 'Roku' section on this article for steps to add the Viki Channel.

    If you're still having issues adding the Viki Channel, please share more details about your device:

    • Which device and model number are you using? (Go to the Roku homepage > Settings > System > About)
    • The version and build of your Viki Channel (Go to the Roku homepage > Scroll over to the Viki Channel > Press * to see the Version and Build)
    • What is the issue you are facing on your Viki Channel? 
    • A screenshot of the issue.

  • Hi, I have roku model 3920X - Roku Premiere

    Software version is 10.0.0 build 4209-91

    The option "search channel" is not available in this device for my roku account.

    Think I am going to give up on this device.

    My advice for your team is to stop supporting Roku and just invest development of the apps in other streaming manufactures who really care about their clients.

    Do also try to head to my.roku.com > Profile > Channel Store and add the Viki channel there. Your Roku device then syncs that information from its servers.
