[Closed] Viki app not loading on Amazon Fire stick

I’ve tried it on all 3 TVs in my house and either one of 2 things happens. One, I’ll just get the Rakuten Viki blue screen with a big gray “retry” at the center. Or two, I’ll get into the app but when I attempt to play something it just loads with the circle in the middle. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling on all three TVs/fire sticks and I even bought a new fire stick. Yet, still I have no access to streaming that I’m paying for.

    I’m sorry that you're experiencing issues with Viki on your Firestick TV.

    To make sure this is not an app problem can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your device.
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Log back in to your Viki account by following the steps here.

    Are you still having the same issues with the Viki app? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    1. What is the version of the Viki app are you using? You can find this information in the app settings.
    2. An exact description of the issue you're experiencing.
    3. Which device and model number are you using?
    4. Your current location /region.
    5. Which specific movies or episodes are causing this issue? Please give as many details as possible
    6. A screenshot, picture or short video of the error message or issue.

  • Same issue is happening with me. I logged out, uninstalled, installed, logged in again and none of the shows/movies are coming on. It says “retry”. This is happening on my Samsung tv and Samsung tablet. It’s working on my iPhone however but nothing on TVs

  • I cannot seem to figure out how to call viki or get live support issues. I followed the instructions above and it is not working at all. Can someone please reach out to me with live help?

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue as well. As of now, we are not able to offer phone support for the following reasons:
