[Closed] Unable to watch episodes on Viki plus subscription

I purchased a Viki Plus subscription a week ago, and 7 days later, I am locked out! I called support and they tell me that the charge has not been posted to my account yet, even though I paid a week ago. What can I do?

    The reasons why you're unable to get benefits are best explained here: Why can't I see benefits after subscribing to Viki Pass?

    I looked up your email address and it appears that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you are logged in with this email address.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, I recommend taking the following steps:

    1. Log out from your Viki account
    2. Log back in to Viki

    If that doesn't fix the problem, please let me know and I'll be glad to help. Be sure to send me full-monitor screenshots of any of the issues you see so I can further escalate it to our engineers.
