[Closed] SUBTITLES NOT WORKING ON ROKU
There are a number of shows that have no subtitles on Ruku, but when I watch the same shows via my PC, I have english subtitles. It has been this way for three days now. Please fix issue.

Same here. Some shows I can watch on Kokowa but not all
Same issue. Have attempted to reboot, reset, etc. Not fixing the issue
I just tried this and it fixed the issue:
Once video starts to play, on your remote press the asterisk button.
The video will pause. Choose the 2nd subtitles for English version. (In the options for language). The 1st one seemed to not be working for some reason and when I chose the 2nd one, voila! It worked.
