[Closed] subtitles

This is my 3rd day with frozen subtitles.  They are not working and I'm getting upset.  I watch your app every day but if this is not fixed I am going to cancel.

  • I use Chrome browser and Mobile App and the subtitles work fine. Although the timed comments are not showing up yet.

  • Any ETA when this is going to get fixed?  Still have frozen subtitle or no subtitles.
