[Fixed] Subtitles Appearance

This morning I came on the site to watch a show and my subtitles appearance has been changed. I had it set perfect and now they're hard to read and theres no customization options. 

Did they move them? I'm having trouble watching because the subtitles are hard to read.

    Hi all,

    We're pleased to say that the subtitle sizes are now adjusted so you should be able to see bigger sizes, especially for 'L' and 'XL' settings on Viki.com. 

    For more details about the Subtitle Settings on our website, you can refer to our help article here.

    As for issues with frozen/stuck subtitles, we will continue to provide updates on this other post.

    I'm having trouble seeing subtitles.....the XL is even smaller that it has been. Please enlarge the subtitles as before so I can enjoy the great dramas offered by Viki. Thank you.

    Is any one have subtitles being very sporadic! Couple words here and there. Not just on one video but, a few. Is there app maintenance or something going on?

    I seem to have lost subtitles on everything.

    I have lost English subtitles on everything. If I pause the screen and then start, the subtitle will pop up for that one screen shot but then stay there for the rest of the video. Subtitles were working for me yesterday.

    Também estou bastante descontente com o tamanho das legendas. Muito difícil de enxergar mesmo com o tamanho XL e olha que eu assisto pelo PC

    We've updated the Subtitle Settings on Viki.com and you can refer to our help article here for more details.

    Our team is also working on adding more subtitle appearance options (including subtitle size adjustments) so do stay tuned!

    As for issues with frozen/stuck subtitles, a fix has been released for this and you can clear your browser's cache/cookies before trying again.
