[Solved] 500 DOG errors, CANNOT get into SUB OR SEG TOOLS! YET I can get into my MANAGE menu on cover so...?

[Solved] THE BUG IS BACK! UL 31 just blew its SEGMENTING! won't come back even refreshing!! (it was fully subbed in as well as segmented!) :(
