3. Problem with sync? on a video we're trying to subtitle - Perfect Couple 27 is out of kilter? seg is not matching the sub editor!

3. SUB EDITOR WILL NOT LOAD THE SUBS TONIGHT. "We're aware..." but twitter status says you are NOT!

I got a couple of sections of one episode done tonight finally - but the tools and things like language locks load very slowly.  I'm guessing there may still be some server lag or other issue behin...

3. [Closed] PRIVATE MESSAGING IS COMPLETELY DOWN. Cannot send, respond to messages..and cannot therefore sub call?

p.s. and my help center is in Spanish, out of nowhere too.  Luckily I've been here so many times I know where I am going...

3. [Solved] Can't get into either drama I'm working with to work with them - Ruyi and Perfect Couple so far.

NOW it's a 500 dog and ???? are we going down like drama fever just did? :(

update.  those 2 subs just showed up now - but one I just made didn't.  So the servers appear to have lag but not huge, I guess it's just expected on a weekend where all are busy? :) Xie Xie. :)

AND completion percentages both in the sub editor AND cover page are not running either by the way - getting us grief from the fans on top of this.   Example, ep 41 ruyi is at 100 percent in sub ed...

3. [On Hold] @Kristie just tried to use feedback to send a ticket about the 2 plus hour lag?? on server??

And now I got a 500 dog error trying to send a Team message through the cover page.  2 tries and now I give up.   REALLY not sure whether to try to finish edit and ep for release or wait. :((
