It would be nice if the techs or people working on this issue can keep customers regularly updated on how it's going. When can we expect this to be resolved? Will it ever be?

A few months later, and this is still an issue...Yet I'm still paying for my monthly subscription. This is unacceptable, is anyone working on getting this resolved?

Any update on this yet? It has been almost a month now, and it's really frustrating trying to watch anything on Viki with the chromecast.

I've also been experiencing the same issue these past few weeks. I can't watch the Running Man Classics or new Running Man episodes because the subs are out of sync when casting from my phone to go...
