[Solved] Error Code VF_EXO_6001

Receiving Error 6001 while watching My Little Old Boy at Episode 117. I didn't see that error on any of the previous episodes. Rebooted Amazon Fire TV, tried again, ended up with same result. All of a sudden, previous and new episodes have stopped working.

My device is compatible and all other programs working on the same device. There must be something broken on that Program.  

Please fix this.

    This issue on FireTV and Android TV is now fixed so you may continue watching on the Viki app. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    If you continue to have the same issue, please first try the following steps:

    1. Log out from your Viki account.
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your Fire TV and Android TV. Learn how to do this here.
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Restart your home internet network.
    5. Log back in to your Viki account by following the steps here.

  • 6pm - Update: I tried to test out "My little old boy" episode 117 and got the same license error when making POST to: Request URL: https://udrmv3.kaltura.com/cenc/widevine/license?.....

    So looks like issue is with kaltura servers and not viki

    5:40pm - Update: Looks like network error is occurring when checking license with https://udrmv3.kaltura.com - response msg: "License result not OK"
    Status code: POST 500

    Receiving same error on Fire TV & MacOs Laptop Chrome browser - Watching Extra-ordinary You. Works fine on iPhone app. 

    My device is compatible and all other programs working on the same device. This error only occurs for Extra-ordinary You. 

    Experienced the Error Code VF_EXO_6001 before Fire TV OS update and after Fire TV OS update. Running latest chrome browser.
