[Closed] Viki pass stopped!!
I have subscribed to viki basic, but the credit card on my viki account has been suspended so the subscription was not renewed . Now as I'm trying to renew it , it tells me that there is only viki standard when I was to renew my viki basic subscription, how can i fix that?

Please be advised that we have discontinued sign-ups for the Viki Pass Basic plan. This means that new sign-ups and downgrades (from higher plans to Viki Pass Basic) are no longer available starting August 9th, 2021 (PDT).
Since your Viki Pass Basic subscription has ended, please do consider subscribing to Viki Pass Standard. You would have the same Viki Pass Basic benefits + access to our Viki exclusive content licensed in your country!
