[Closed] Frozen sign in screen and ads on my chosen show.

Please solve above.  I am not supposed to have to sign in to my TV use of Viki thru my Roku.  Also, when I skipped this step, I got a show up, and low and behold!  IT HAD ADS!!!!  

I bought Viki Pass Plus.  No sign in, no ads, like the last three weeks.  Please rectify this problem!!!!
