[Closed] Subtitles stopped working Ipad Pro
I tried opening a trouble ticket and got a canned response that the show has not yet been subtitled but that is not the issue as the entire series is subtitled 100% in English. I was watching To Be A Brave One episode 26 and about 2 minutes in the subtitles just stop every time on this episode. Yet other shows that I just recently watch from other series are still 100% working. This is only happening on my Ipad Pro and not on my desktop computer. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times as well as checking the general accessibility settings for the Ipad. Nothing works and I am a Pass Plus member. How do I get assistance or does someone know of a more recent fix? I want to finish this series and don't want to have to always use my computer. How do I get help if support doesn't read the trouble tickets properly and just sends a copy and paste reply?
