  • Episodes are not loading using Roku and some selections are kicking me out to Roku main screen. I tried updating both viki and roku app with no help. Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling viki app on Roku, logging out and back in. Unplugging and replugging Roku and all power source.. Tried everything. Please help. Case opened with Viki.
