[Closed] Roku app STILL not working - so this is what I'm paying for?

Seriously, people, like you didn't know roku was releasing a new update? You didn't check it out ahead of time to make sure it would work? What to you pay your tech people for, tweeting?

"Enjoy watching on our website..." If I enjoyed that I wouldn't have a roku on my big screen TV - DUH!!!

If the computer is all I can watch on, it's not worth my time or ( more importantly) my money.

Get your act together, people.

  • I was able to fix it by clicking  left on the remote a few times as soon as the app opened. Not sure if will work for everyone but its worth a try.

  • My roku app has not worked for at least 3 days. I have followed the advice to reinstall the app and update my roku system but nothing has changed. I get the wheel of death and a brief flash of the home screen (minus any images of content) and just when it would normally start loading - the roku home screen appears. I can watch on my laptop fine but that is less than satisfactory. My question is: it was working last week. Why did you "fix" it? Since when has Viki been run by the Biden administration?
