Any video that plays on a web browsing app like Chrome, Safari, Opera, etc., on any mobile device; including tablets, iPads, smartphones and mobile-based TV browser, etc. 

Why is Mobile/TV Web Video Playback no longer available?

Videos on Mobile Web Players, be that tablets, smartphones or TV browsers, do not provide the same video watching experience and are more likely to cause playback and video loading issues.
