[Closed] Viki Pass

I sent two emails starting on July 24th and have not received a response.  I have a paid subscription but my account does not show the Viki Pass.  I have not watched shows during this time as I am not watching ads.  I am expecting to not be charged in August until I have made up the lost days for July.   How long does it take to reply to emails????  How about a customer service phone number?
