  I'm sorry to hear that you experienced these issues!

  Since the time that you submitted your request, we have released an updated version of the app that may resolve the problem. Please update your application and make sure it's the version 6.13.2

  Once done, try again t using Google ID. If this stil does not work, kindly try to log in using your Viki account email address and password.

  Please let me know if the problem persists so we can check the next best steps to resolve this.
