[Solved] Continue watching not updating
I noticed about 2 days ago that my continue watching was not updating and it’s doing this on all of my devices. I have logged out and back in and I’ve even deleted the apps and redownloaded them. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?
I am having this same problem and it has been like this for a few weeks now. any idea when this will be fixed because it is really hard to keep up with all the shows i am watching on here.
Hello I will do a quick update if I watch on my pc using firefox browser it does not update, firefox had frozen on my the other night so i watched a drama using chrome browser and the drama showed up that I watched the first episode. So I was very happy, then I used firefox again to watch episode 12 of my roommate is a gumiho and it doesn't show that I watched it, so out of curiosity this morning I watched episode 13 using chrome and it now shows up in my watch list that I watched it. I am not sure if it is now in the process of being fixed on certain browser or if it is just lucky that they both updated using chrome. Firefox has been my preferred browser for years. I will continue checking through the week to see if it is now a firefox vs chrome issue. (I had tested it before and it hadn't worked on either).

It happened again today I watched Be My Dream Family using firefox (not Chrome) and it does not update. I even had to pause it and when I came back to the pc it did show where I left off.

Along with everyone else, I am still having the same problem. I have tried the above steps and still does not update my watch activity. I even stopped in a middle of an episode and come back and says I am still on the previous episode I already watched. It gets really frustrating because I have to try and remember where I left off again.
I had this same issue on one computer, but not on a second one. After some testing on my end, it looks like my AdBlock software was preventing the watched show updates. Once I disabled AdBlock (which I have no real need for on Viki due to my no ad subscription), I no longer had an issue. For anyone else having this issue, try disabling your ad blocking software.
