[Closed] Help

Need help finding my account information and password.  Locked out of movies.  have 3 TV in house and each one access is different.

Can someone send me information so I can access my account on my TV?  Bank account has changed also.

    Thanks for writing in.

    Upon initial checking, Viki Pass subscription is not linked to the email address linked to your username.

    Since I may need to ask personal information to locate your account and subscription we have created a Help Center ticket for this issue.

    We'll be closing this to prevent confusion of multiple requests.
