[Closed] Subtitles not in sync with Chromecast
Hello, I opened a case 5 months back regarding this issue. I’ve tried everything listed in the Viki’s comments. Uninstalled & reinstalled. Rebooted both devices and still the issue remains. The shows I was able to watch before, I can no longer watch. It’s a shame because as you can see, I watched certain shows before and it worked prior to 5 months ago. Not sure what’s happening but this has to be fixed soon and I would appreciate someone from support or customer service to contact me soon about this issue and not just apologize.
