[Closed] My VIKI keeps displaying VF EXO 4001 and is not playing any video
My viki suddenly started displaying a message saying there's an unexpected issue and it will be resolved in a few minutes along with VF EXO 4001 but it hasn't been resolved yet.
It's not allowing to play any video.
Please fix this soon
