[Closed] Parent control pin
Does anyone knows how do I disactivate the Paental Control on the Viki subscription? It is very annoying to have to input a pin everytime I need to watch a movie or tv show. I am adult and don't need pin.

We understand how entering a PIN every time can feel inconvenient, especially when streaming at home. Let me explain how this works so you can move forward.
Currently, the option to disable the PIN is not available, as it is designed to provide safer account and streaming access, including secure browsing for mature content.
That said, we are actively exploring more flexible options for managing the PIN in the future. While this may not happen immediately, it is part of our ongoing discussions for improvement.

There is no option to its required people have been complaining about it for ages and viki has not addressed or done anything about it.
