    To ensure we're logged in on the right account, kindly ensure we're using the email address linked to your subscription.

    If you've forgotten the password to this account, you can reset it by taking these steps:

    1. Please first ensure that you're logged out from your Viki account on all of your devices. This includes your mobile, tablet, web browser (laptop/computer) and TV device. This is very important

    2. On your web browser (laptop/computer), please go to https://www.viki.com/forgot_password

    3. Enter your email address

    4. Follow the steps in the email. Be sure to check your Spam folder if you don't see it in your Inbox.

    Hope this helps. If you're still seeing the same error message, please let me know.

  • There are some shows that I was watching (my fated boy, tears in heaven), I have seen lots of episodes and now suddenly I get the 'not available in your region' sign.

    Is that normal?
